As students develop their own leadership skills, they need adult coaches and mentors who can help them as they invest in the student minsitry through their own talents and spiritual gifts (worship teams, tech teams, missions projects, greeting teams, etc.). Student leadership meetings happen at various times throughout the year and adults involved must also be investing in them as relational small group volunteers.
