Urgent-AV/Media-Contemporary or Spanish Service

We have an Urgent need for AV/Media Team members. Whether sound, lighting, presentation or operating cameras we are needing YOUR help in the overall production and technical side of our Contemporary or Stonebriar en Espanol worship services on Sunday mornings.

On the Sunday you serve, you will be asked to be in the MPR (Multi-Purpose Room) from 8:00 - 10:15 am for the Contemporary worship service or 10:30 am - 12:15 pm for the Stonebriar en Espanol worship service (you are welcome to serve at one or both!)

*Communication in both services will be in English.

*Training provided.

Seventh grade and up, service hours eligible (under 18 must have already completed the YES! (Youth Engaged in Serving) Program or click here to get started).

*Please note because this opportunity includes youth volunteers all adult volunteers must have been involved at Stonebriar or another like-minded church for six months prior to serving in this role and watch a 40 minute child abuse awareness video. We are here to walk you through the process and answer any questions!

I hereby grant Stonebriar Community Church, its successors, assigns and licensees (collectively, the “Church”), permission to use, reproduce, publish, broadcast, stream, and exhibit in any medium, my portrait, photograph, image, voice, works of authorship, writings and statements in any form (collectively, the “Product”) which are created, captured or developed by or for the Church in connection with my participation in Church events or activities. 

I irrevocably authorize the Church to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute the Product in all forms and media or technology now known or hereafter developed and in all manners for advertising, publicity, commercial, promotion, trade, or other lawful purpose. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished Product. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation related to the use of the Product.

I hereby hold harmless and fully release the Church, its agents, volunteers, licensees, employees, and representatives from all claims, demands, and causes of action that I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate, have or may have due to this authorization or the Church’s use of the Product as permitted herein.

I am 18 years of age or older and am competent to contract in my own name. I read this agreement and release before signing and I fully understand its contents.
