An Awana LIT (Leader-in-Training) is a youth helper who assists the Small Group Leaders with a specific group of preschool children, building relationships with them and taking them to their different rotations with Awana. Time commitment is weekly from 4:10-6:40 p.m. Training is provided. Awana runs from Sept. 10, 2023 - April 28, 2024 and is a total of 25 Sundays plus awards (with holidays and breaks).
