AV/Media Team-Contemporary Worship Service

General Responsibilities: Operate and program cameras shots to be used during Contemporary Worship Service.

Job Description: The Camera Operator’s primary responsibility will be to operate and position all cameras used for Contemporary worship service. He/she will learn basic working knowledge of the operating control surface of the camera (training provided). He/she will receive instructions from the video director to get the frame for the shot needed during the service.

Time Commitment: The Camera Operator is asked to commit to serve at least one Sunday a month. Serving more than once a month is welcomed.

On the Sunday you serve, you will be asked to be in the MPR (Multi-Purpose Room) at 8:30am for the Contemporary worship service or 10:45am for the Stonebriar en Espanol worship service (you are welcome to serve at one or both!)

*Communication in both services will be in English.

Seventh grade and up, service hours eligible (under 18 must have already completed the YES! (Youth Engaged in Serving) Program or click here to get started).

*Please note because this opportunity includes youth volunteers all adult volunteers must have been involved at Stonebriar or another like-minded church for six months prior to serving in this role and watch a 30 minute child abuse awareness video. We are here to walk you through the process and answer any questions!
