An Awana LIT (Leader-in-Training) is a youth helper who assists the Small Group Leaders with a specific group of preschool children, building relationships with them and taking them to their different rotations with Awana. Training is provided. Awana runs from Sept. 12, 2021 - April 24, 2022 and is a total of 26 Sundays (with holidays and breaks).
