In this class, couples will explore how personal patterns and responses contribute to relationship tension. Then, they’ll come together to learn and practice four important skills rooted in God’s Word to help turn conflict into connection:

• Understanding and surrendering emotions to God
• Using specific tools to engage with your spouse during conflict
• Experiencing deep emotional and spiritual connection—not just avoiding arguments
• Shifting perspective to see life through the lens of God’s grace and your identity in Christ
