This summer, everyone in our church family is invited to help our Community Care ministry make, pack, and deliver 1,500 lunches every week! Why We Provide Summer Lunches Just 10 miles from our church, on the outskirts of Little Elm, there’s a community called Hilltown where many families struggle to make ends-meet—especially during the long summer break, when kids no longer receive free lunches at school. To provide help and hope for our neighbors in Hilltown, our Summer Lunches program supplies nutritious meals for kids five days a week, all summer long. These lunches help to prevent hunger and show our neighbors that God loves them, they are not alone, and they are not forgotten.
